Yes it is possible to create such a span, but for that u will have to opt out a metal structural system,
you can refer to the construction of "Center Pompidou" in paris , designed by richard rogers and renzo piano. It has six floors of 7-meter floor-to-floor height spanned by 2.8-meter deep lattice trusses. In plan, the superstructure of the building consists of three zones. The middle zone contains the 48-meter clear span across the building interior between the main column.
