Thesis: Redevelopment of Jama Masjid, Delhi

I am doing my thesis on redevlopment of the Jama Masjid precint, Delhi. The area includes Meena Bazaar too.

My idea on this site was to revitalize this urban void since it offers an unhindered view between Jama Masjid and the Red fort.This would require me to propose ground level structures in the first case. The actual setting of this fabric consists of few shops selling handicrafts,food stalls,clothes etc which are not organized. Hence I thought to re-plan the bazaar area; by making it more happening without hampering the existing vigor and vitality of the space. And also to utilize the Subhash Park area which is an urban void and to provide shelter facilities for people staying there. I have just tried to put my idea in a nutshell. Any suggestions guys?
