Hi Guys,
I am studying currently in 4th year B.Arch.I have recently started work for my thesis. I am reading books and trying to understand my fields of interests better. But thats just about it. I am unable to move foward from this point.
I heard from my seniors that reading books at initial stages makes you rigid on your thoughts and you may end up constraining yourself with the flow of the book. Is that true?
My inclination is towards urban planning. I am more interested in planning and desgning policies than physically designing a built form.
I need help to move ahead. May be some referece of books, blogs or anything else. I am really stuck right now.
