is there any way that you join spa- vijaywada now

and then get in spa-delhi the next semister or something

SPA Vijayawada and SPA Bhopal have been created by the human resource development ministry so you don’t have to worry about them not being recognised. Also they are still new colleges and have not completed five years so no need to worry.
