hi friends,
This is Kavitha, i know some cost effective techniques in terms of specification, but i want techniques related to cost effective "space planning".
Pls friends give me some idea.
Well seriously speaking….
I didn’t get what you are asking for..
How to reduce the cost in terms of planning??
Wherever you have empty spaces left, put in some minor services, this reduces the space usage as well as gives you benefits.
Use of replanishable energy wherever possible… is the key.
But how it can be possible in residence?
You can arrange all the services at backyards which are not commonly used..
Secondly, you can give level differences..
Fly ash can be used as a cost effective construction material…
Its better if you could discuss your design here first.. then only can suggest better…
Well, i am designig a colony for weaver community and i am providing common workshop for them to minimise the cost , and i am planning to use some of the cost effective techniques by NIRD
Pls can any body suggest me about services that are cost effective?
Make your planning simple and much more practical, and use optimum area in creating a space.
If u can put some potographs or rough sketches of your project then we can discuss more..
